Are these templates really free?
Yes — every file downloads directly, no email or account required. They carry LivePFS branding and are free to use and share, including in loan-prep resource lists.
Which template do I need?
If a lender asked for a personal financial statement, use the full PFS template. If they asked for a schedule of your properties, use the real estate schedule. If you just need the one-page snapshot, use the net worth statement.
Will lenders accept these?
The templates follow the standard bank-form structure — summary, schedules, declarations, certification — which most lenders accept when complete and signed. Lenders that require their own form still get a faster, cleaner transcription from a completed template.
